Fool's Gold Glastonbury Review In NME

Fools Gold At Glastonbury 2011
By Tim Chester
Who: Fools Gold
Where and when: West Holts, Saturday
Vibe: Two hours before sunset, as the first toffee apple Brothers sinks in,
there doesn't come many better. The band's worldly vibe and healthy dollops
of afrobeat are made for late afternoon round the Eavises.
Best Bit: 'Nadine' and some of the blaring saxophone solos, plus the
impromptu congo dance from the nitrous freaks in the audience during
'Surprise Hotel'. People really were getting on it pretty early round West
Holts way.
Low point: Not enough of a crowd really but then Tinie Tempah did have half
of Glasto at the Pyramid.
Banter: Not much, but that was OK. We were feeling the love.
Verdict: A sparse but clued-in few were treated to a mini moment midway
through the weekend.
